  5. Tuang larutan maizena supaya kuah agak kental. Lalu masukkan pakcoy rebus.
  6. Sajikan di piring. Beri topping bawang putihnya.

Setelah itu, rebus pakcoy hingga matang tetapi jangan sampai terlalu layu. Tumis bawang putih sampai wangi, masukkan air, kecap asin, sedikit garam, saus tiram, merica, sedikit gula, cabai utuh, bawang utuh, dan penyedap rasa, aduk saat mendidih mendidih. Pakai sawi daging pakcoy supaya tidak pahit. Campur terigu tapioka garam kaldu mentega cair bawang dan daun seledri. Masukkan saus tiram dan kecap manis, aduk rata.
