  16. Use Saos sambal (sesuai selera)
  17. Prepare Black pepper halus
  18. Use Garam

Blend in the flour, salt, and pepper. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained pasta with cheese sauce, stirring to combine fully. Pour half of the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.

  1. Rebus macaroni
  2. Selagi menunggu, campur bahan2 campuran susu kedalam pan, aduk jadi satu. Panaskan dengan api kecil, jangan sampai mendidih
  3. Di wajan yg lain. Tumis butter dan bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan tepung dan aduk sampai rata
  4. Masukkan campuran susu kedalam wajan tumisan bawang putih, campur lalu masukkan air rebusan macaroni, aduk rata
  5. Masukkan semua keju yg sudah diparut dan aduk perlahan sampai tidak menggumpal (saya sisakan kejunya untuk ditaburkan)
  6. Cek rasa. Kalau sudah sesuai selera tinggal masukkan macaroninya dan aduk rata
  7. Setelah itu masukkan kedalam loyang/pyrex. Saya masukkan macaroni seperti yg di video, macaroni-keju parut-macaroni-keju parut
  8. Oven dengan api bawah 200°C selama 15 menit. Setelah itu nyalakan api atas. Saya suka yg ada gosong2nya jadi sesuai selera aja lama api atasnya
  9. Sudah jadi dan siap disajikan
  10. Done and ready to serve!
