- Prepare 9 oz package lobster ravioli
- Use 9 oz package spinach & cheese stuffed ravioli
- Take 1 lb box or bag of frozen mussels
- Prepare 1 lb ground beef
- Use 1 tsp salt
- Take 1 tsp pepper
- Use 1 tsp oregano
- Use 1/4 cup red onion
- Prepare Wine Marinade for Mussels:
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Use 1 tsp salt
- Prepare 1 tsp pepper
- Prepare 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- Take 1/4 cup green onion, sliced to preference
- Prepare 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Take 2 cups red or white wine
- Take Sauce Ingredients:
- Prepare 24 oz can or jar of tomato/spaghetti sauce (or see recipe)
- Prepare 1-2 cups tomatoes, diced
- Use 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Prepare 3-4 fresh basil leaves, cut chiffonade
- Prepare 1/4 cup green onion, sliced to preference
- Take 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- Use 1 tsp salt
- Use 1 tsp pepper
- Prepare 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Prepare 1-2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
- Prepare 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- Prepare 1/4 cup brown sugar
First i will say the the staff were friendly and all wearing face masks which was nice to see. Drain, reserving broth, and coarsely chop. Meanwhile, in a wide skillet or saucepan with lid, combine crushed garlic clove and shallot with white wine. Bring to a boil and add mussels.
How to make:process Spinach Fettuccine with Lobster Ravioli, Mussels, & Meat Sauce:
- First, boil water in a large pot for ravioli(s) & more water in a medium pot for fettuccine. Cook pasta until done to preference. Drain & set aside.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef with oregano, salt & pepper and chopped red onion. Also, cover & begin to simmer mussels in the wine marinade in a large skillet.

- Then, when ground beef is ready, drain & add to your sauce in saucepan. Continue to simmer for 10-20 more minutes.
- Lastly, add 1 hearty cup of your meat sauce over top of the mussels & continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- When all is ready, place fettuccine on plate. Layer ravioli on top, then mussels.
- Finally, cover with meat sauce. Top with grated parmesan. Serve & Enjoy!
