How to cook Blended Shiitake-Beef Burger with Spicy Thousand Island and Kimchi Slaw (and Frizzled Onions):
- Make the Kimchi Slaw- In a bowl combine the kimchi, coleslaw and sesame oil and toss to combine. Keep the Kimchi Slaw covered and refrigerated until ready to use.
- Make the Spicy Thousand Island Dressing- Add the thousand island and chile paste to a bowl and stir to combine. Keep the dressing covered in the fridge while you make the onions rings and burgers.
