  1. Campur tepung, susu bubuk,gula pasir dan ragi. Aduk rata Masukkan susu dan kuning telur. Uleni / mikser hingga kalis Masukkan butter dan garam. Uleni / mikser lg hingga adonan kalis elastis (window pane)
  2. Bulatkan adonan, taruh di bowl, tutup bowl dgn plastik wrap / serbet. Diamkan selama 30 - 45 menit hingga mengembang 2x lipat. Kempeskan adonan, lalu timbang @35gr, Bulatkan. Tutup semua adonan yg sdh dibulatkan dgn serbet (sy diamkan lg 5 menit) Panaskan wajan dgn api kecil, ambil adonan yg sdh mengembang ringan, lalu goreng
  3. Goreng hingga donat kuning kecoklatan kedua sisinya (cukup 1x balik).angkat tiriskan Lubangi bagian tengah bombolini dgn spuit panjang / pisau, isi dgn selai / filling sesuai selera.. beri taburan gula halus diatas bombolini.. Sajikan
  4. Done and ready to serve!
