  3. Take Enough water to boil the meat

  13. Take 2 " ginger

  15. Use 5 bird eyes chillies (more for extra punch)
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp Pepper (finely crushed using mortar & pestle)
  17. Use Step 4
  18. Prepare 2 sticks carrot - cut
  19. Prepare 3 big potatoes - cut into cubes
  20. Prepare 1 tbsp rice flour/corn flour
  21. Prepare To taste - Chicken Seasoning powder
  22. Use To taste - salt

  3. Add in ingredient from step 4. Season to taste. Let this bone/meat soup simmer to perfection.
  4. Done and ready to serve!
