  14. Take 1 ikat daun bayam (direbus, lalu rendam di air es dan tiriskan)

  20. Prepare 2 sdm soy sauce

  23. Take 1 sdm bubuk bawang putih
  24. Prepare 1,5 sdm minyak wijen
  25. Use Nasi putih

  2. Siapkan sayuran, tumis irisan wortel dengan minyak wijen sampai layu kurleb selama 5-8 menit, kemudian sisihkan. Tumis juga ketimun sampai layu selama 5 menit, sisihkan. Tumis jamur shitake sampai layu. (semua ditumis dengan minyak wijen dan ditumis secara terpisah)
  3. Cara membuat saus Bibimbap : campur dan aduk rata semua bahan.
  4. Masak daging diatas panggangan atau teflon biasa sampai matang dan kecoklatan tua. Tes rasa kalau kurang asin bisa tambah garam. Lalu angkat dan sisihkan.
  5. Cara penyajian : Siapkan mangkok ukuran sedang, tuang nasi terlebih dulu. Lalu atur semua bahan diatas nasi, lalu tuang saus secukupnya, letakkan telor ceplok ditengah. Kemudian tuang saus lagi. Taburi sesame seed sedikit saja. Sajikan selagi hangat. Selamat mencoba.
