- Take 3 bh jamur champignon/ jamur kancing
- Prepare 50 g Jamur enoki
- Prepare 1 bh sawi daging

- Take 500 g daging slice kalo saya pake yg US di jual perpack umumnya
- Use 1 btr telur ayam
- Prepare Minyak wijen
- Prepare Garam
- Prepare Merica
- Prepare Beef bulgogi marinade
- Take Gochujang korea
- Prepare 2 siung bawang putih
- Prepare 1/2 bh Bawang bombai
- Use secukupnya Nasi putih
- Prepare secukupnya Air

Instructions to cook Bibimbap 🇰🇷:
- Siapkan bahan cuci dan potong wortel menjadi potongan panjang, sawi daging sekitar 5 cm, potong slice jamur kancing, potong jamur enoki buang bagian akarnya.
- Cuci daging & beri sauce marinade lalu aduk rata hingga semua bagian kena rata. Diamkan sekitar 15 mnt di kulkas.
- Siapkan panci dgn air lalu Blansir sayuran begitu rebusan air siap. Di awali dgn taoge,wortel, jamur enoki lalu sawi daging. Dan jika smua sdh matang bumbuhi merica, garam, minyak wijen sedikit lalu aduk hingga tercampur. Lakukan dgn cara yg sama sayuran rebus tadi.
- Siapkan pan teflon beri sedikit minyak wijen lalu tumis jamur kancing hingga berubah warna & tambahkan garam & merica.
- Siapkan nasi taruh di mangkuk yg di sajikan. Panaskan Teflon tadi lalu ceplok 1 btr telur. (Hati2 jangan sampai kuning telurnya pecah ya) beberkan putih telur yg masih mentah agar matang merata.
- Saatnya memasak daging. Keluarkan daging yg di dlm kulkas tadi. Siapkan teflon panas beri 3 sdm minyak wijen ke teflon, masukkan bawang putih slice dan bawang bombai slice. Setelah itu masukkan daging marinade tadi tanpa sauce nya ya. Aduk rata hingga matang merata & baunya harum. Setelah matang matikan api.
- Saatnya menata: tata sayur di sekeliling telur yg telah di ceplok tadi. Bisa di atur bedasarkan warna agar warnanya lebih menarik. Jangan lupa siapkan space untuk daging ya! Pindahkan daging bulgogi ke mangkok dan tambahkan gochujang di atas telur. Taraaaa… Jadi dehhh.. Bibimbap Korea. Gimana menurutmu? Gampang ato susah? Cara makannya dgn memecahkan kuning telurnya lalu mengaduk semuanya hingga rata gengs.. Karna di jamin rasanya nagih🤤🤤👍👍😸. Selamat mencoba🥰
