  4. Lalu buat tumisan daging dgn bawang bombay hingga berubah warna lalu masukan saus teriyaki secukupnya, masak hingga bumbu meresap dan daging matang.
  5. Buat telur mata sapi setengah matang.
  6. Larutkan 2 sdm saus gochujang dgn sedikit air panas agar tdk terlalu kental, tambahkan minyak wijen sesuai selera.
  7. Tata nasi di mangkuk, lalu letakan sayur2an dan daging nya, lalu letakan telur mata sapi di tengah2 dan beri saus gochujang td.
  8. Taburi dgn wijen sangrai.
  9. Bibimbap siap disajikan.
