- Use 4 lembar daging asap
- Prepare 4 sdm tepung terigu
- Prepare 4 sdm butter atau margarin
- Prepare 500 ml air
- Use 2 sdm olive oil atau minyak sayur
- Use secukupnya Mozarella dan oregano untuk taburan
- Prepare Garam, lada, kaldu jamur secukupnya (bisa skip)
How to make:process MAC & CHEESE:
- Masak air untuk merebus makaroni setelah mendidih masukkan makaroni tambah kan minyak sedikit masak hingga empuk
- Panaskan olive oil atau minyak sayur potong dadu daging asap lalu masak hingga matang lalu angkat
- Panaskan pengorengan atau panci tambahkan butter atau margarin lalu masukkan tepung aduk rata lalu masukkan susu aduk hingga tercampur rata.
- Setelah agak kental masukkan keju parut aduk lagi tambahkan air lalu aduk hingga agak kental lalu angkat
- Siapkan makaroni taruh di wadah tambahkan daging asap lalu saus taburkan oregano dan mozarella. Makaroni siap dipanggang
- Oven selama 20 menit lalu mac and cheese siap di santap
- Done and ready to serve!
