Smelt in een koekenpan de boter. Tambahkan cream cheese, aduk hingga cream cheese meleleh. Tambahkan keju cheddar parut dan keju mudah meleleh, aduk hingga keju meleleh dan adonan menjadi larutan yang kental. Masukkan garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk.

  5. Untuk saus putih, panaskan minyak goreng. Larutkan tepung terigu dalam air. Masukkan dalam minyak goreng panas segera aduk agar tidak menggumpal. Kemudian masukkan susu dan keju, masak hingga mengental dan keju larut
  6. Tata macaroni dalam pyrex/alumunium cup kemudian siram saus putih. Beri toping 1 buah sosis yang sdh dipotong2, potongan keju dan taburan oregano. Panggang hingga matang
