  10. Prepare 2 Tbs oil of choice
  11. Take 2 cups old fashioned oats
  12. Take 2 cups dried fruit of choice
  13. Use Cocao nibs optional

Baked in the oven, it's easy to make. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts and/or seeds, salt and cinnamon. Pour in the oil, maple syrup and/or honey and vanilla. Mix well, until every oat and nut is lightly coated.

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Mix honey, pb, oil, cinnamon and vanilla very thoroughly
  3. Add nuts, seeds, coconut and oats
  4. Mix thoroughly
  5. On parchment lined baking sheet, press out granola
  6. If you crowd the pan you will end up with granola clusters, if you would rather have a crumbly granola spread it onto two pans
  7. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
  8. Do NOT stir as it bakes
  9. Add dried fruit and cocao nibs
  10. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces
  11. Store in an air tight container in the fridge
  12. Done and ready to serve!
