Panaskan wajan, masukan margarine. Tumis cincangan bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum. Masukan terigu, aduk hingga kekuningan.
  3. Tambahkan susu cair, aduk cepat hingga tidak ada yg menggumpal. Masukan ayam suwir. Tambahkan garam, lada bubuk, pala bubuk dan air kaldu. Aduk rata, biarkan mendidih sebentar, masukan 2 sdm keju chedar parut, aduk hingga keju larut, cicipi, koreksi rasa.
  4. Masukan macaroni dan sayuran, aduk rata, matikan kompor. Preheat oven. Bagi mac & cheese dalam 3 wadah sama banyak. Beri topping potongan potongan keju quick melt dan taburi sisa parutan keju cheddar. Panggang sampai keju leleh dan kecoklatan, saya 12 menit. Siap dinikmati buat makan malam.
  5. Masih sisa, paginya di hangatkan kembali, 5 menit, siap buat sarapan.
  6. Done and ready to serve!
