  8. Prepare Penyedap rasa
  9. Prepare Lada bubuk
Instructions to make Sayur bening pakcoy+jamur tiram+kemangi:
  1. Potong kecil-kecil pakcoy sesuai selera. Pisahkan daun dan batangnya. Kemudian bersihkan daun kemangi dan suwir-suwir jamur tiramnya.
  2. Geprek semua bawang putih + 5 butir bawang merah. Potong juga daun bawangnya sesuai selera (tipis atau besar boleh)
  3. Panaskan air, ketika sudah hampir mendidih masukkan bumbu kemudian sayur (pakcoy dan jamur). Beri garam, penyedap rasa (aku pakai Ajinomoto) dan lada bubuk secukupnya
  4. Tunggu sampai sayur empuk kemudian masukkan kemangi kecilkan api, tunggu 1 menit lalu matikan kompor.
  5. 2 butir bawang merah dicincang kemudian goreng sampai berwarna coklat lalu taburkan di atas sayur bening. Lalu hidangkan :)
