  1. Take For Rice
  2. Prepare 2 cups Basmati Rice
  3. Take 2 Onions sliced

  16. Prepare 1 to 2 Pumpkin small
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp Olive oil
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

Once the vegetables are soft and fragrant, add rinsed brown rice and stir to combine. Pour in the water and coconut milk, and stir to combine.   11. Remove the pumpkin and add the prepared rice into it
  12. Fill completely and then add grated mozzarella cheese cover the pumpkin with the Pumpkin top that we had cut.
  13. Bake again in a preheat oven at 200⁰ c for 30 mins.
  14. Serve hot.This is a 1 pot dish and does not need any condiments.
  15. Done and ready to serve!
