  2. Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi, lalu masukkan potongan ayam. Masak hingga ayam berubah warna. Lalu tuang air, dan beri jahe geprek, saus tiram, kecap ikan, minyak wijen, beserta kaldu jamur/garam/gula/lada. Koreksi rasa.
  3. Masukkan potongan cabe merah dan daun bawang. Terakhir, tuang larutan tep maizena, aduk hingga mengental
  4. Tata pokcoy dlm wadah, lalu siram dgn tumisan daging ayam lalu siap disajikan
  5. Done and ready to serve!

Potong bagian bawah pokcoy, lalu cuci sampai bersih. Masukkan pokcoy kedalam panci yang berisi air, serta tambahkan garam. Rebus sampai pokcoy layu, lalu angkat dan tiriskan serta tata di atas piring. Cincang kasar bawang putih, lalu tumis dengan sedikit minyak hingga kuning keemasan. Tambahkan sedikit air, saus tiram, kecap Inggris dan lada bubuk.
