  9. Istirahatkan lagi adonan hingga mengembang 2x lipat dengan ditutup menggunakan serbet
  10. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam teflon. Kemudian goreng adonan hingga kuning keemasan dengan api kecil. Balik adonan hanya 1x saja.
  11. Setelah matang angkat dan tiriskan sebentar, langsung baluri dengan gula donat.
  12. Setelah dibaluri dengan gula donat biarkan bomboloni hangat. Lalu bolongi ujungnya dengan menggunakan tusuk sate untuk memasukkan isian.
  13. Masukkan selai ke dalam plastik segitiga, potong sedikit ujungnya. Kemudian isikan selai ke dalam bomboloni, secukupnya saja. Letakkan bomboloni dalam keadaan berdiri.
  14. Bomboloni siap dinikmati.
