  10. Prepare 2 sdm kecap manis
  11. Prepare 1 sdt merica bubuk
  12. Prepare 150 ml air matang
  13. Take 1 sdm maizena

Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum. Tambahkan kecap asin, kecap manis, garam, merica, gula pasir, dan kaldu ayam. Rebus air, masukkan garam setelah air mendidih, masukkan pokcoy. Tata pokcoy lalu siram dengan ayam dan sajikan.

How to make Pokcoy Siram Ayam:
  1. Marinasi ayam yang sudah dipotong dadu dengan 1 sdm saus tiram dan 1 sdt merica bubuk, diamkan selama 30 menit.
  2. Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay dan cabe keriting hingga harum.
  3. Masukkan ayam yang sudah dimarinasi, tumis sampai berubah warna
  4. Tambahkan 150 ml air, lalu tambahkan garam, gula, 2 sdm saus tiram dan 2 sdm kecap manis tunggu hingga bumbu meresap koreksi rasa.
  5. Tambahkan 1sdm maizena yg sdh dicampur air, kemudian aduk rata sampai mengental.
  6. Didihkan air, rebus pokcoy selama 2-3 menit, lalu angkat.
  7. Its time to platting! Siapkan piring, Susun pokcoy dengan rapi. Lalu tuang tumisan ayam diatas pokcoy sedikit demi sedikit. Taraa pokcoy siap dinikmati. :)
  8. Done and ready to serve!
