  20. Prepare 1 sdm minyak wijen
  21. Use Topping Zuchini
  22. Take Zuchini
  23. Use Garam lada
  24. Prepare Bawang putih cincang halus
  25. Prepare 1 sdm Minyak utk menumis
  26. Prepare Chicken teriyaki
  27. Use Daging ayam (iris tipis)
  28. Prepare 1 sdm Saus teriyaki/ saus tiram
  29. Use 1/2 bawang bombay (iris memanjang)
  30. Take Bawang putih cincang halus
  31. Prepare Kecap asin
  32. Prepare Kecap manis
  33. Prepare Grm lada

Tumiskan kesemua bahan dengan sedikit minyak masak. Tuang sedikit air untuk menjadi kuah dan campurkan sedikit bancuhan tepung jagung untuk memekatkan kuah. Gochujang tu Korean Red Pepper Paste. Ditambah soft tofu dengan Inoki Mushroom.

How to make Bibimbap ala2:
  1. Rebus toge kemudian tiriskan. Lalu beri minyak wijen, garam aduk rata kemudian taburi wijen sangrai
  2. Rebus bayam ±3-5menit, angkat tiriskan. Beri bawang putih, grm/ kecap asin aduk rata
  3. Tumis wortel hingga layu kemudian tambahkan minyak wijen sebelum diangkat
  4. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan zuchini. Masak hingga agak layu (jgn terlalu kematengan, utk dpt texturnya)
  5. Marinasi ayam dengan saus teriyaki dan bawang putih cincang diamkan ±30menit. Tumis bawang bomba hingga layu, kemudian masukkan marinasi ayam. Beri kecap, grm lada. Cek rasa angkat taburi wijen.
  6. Tata semua bahan dalam mangkok. Nasi dan topping sayuran, kimchi. Beri sesendok gochujang (kalau utk anak2 bisa pakai campuran mayones2+saus tomat1) taruh telur ceplok diatasnya dan taburi wijen sangrai. Aduk rata semua dan siap disantap
  7. Done and ready to serve!
