  5. Ambil sedikit adonan, pulung dengan kedua telapak tangan n cemplungkan kedalam mangkuk yg berisi minyak dingin, lalu panaskan wajan (kuali) n masak telur gabus di minyak panas, goreng hingga matang

Ambil secuil adonan, lalu pilin kecil- kecil dan masukkan ke minyak dingin. Dalam wadah terpisah, masukkan tepung tapioka, buat lubang, masukkan bahan yang sudah diblender. Uleni adonan sampai kalis, ambil adonan sedikit demi sedikit untuk dipilin. Masukkan dalam minyak dingin, bila sudah semua, nyalakan api kecil. Masukkan garam dan telur lalu kocok lepas.
