  16. Take Toping lain sesuai selera, saya pakai udang dan jamur kuping
  17. Prepare secukupnya Garam&gula

Masak hingga mendidih dan meresap, koreksi rasanya. Cuci bersih dan cincang ayam, tiriskan. Kemudian aduk lagi lalu tuang air secukupnya. Rebus pokcoy sebentar saja, agar warnanya tetap hijau segar.

  1. Bersihkan pokcoy, buang ujungnya dan rebus dengan sejumput garam, tiriskan setelah tekstur sesuai yg diinginkan. Bila ingin tekstur yg masih renyah, masukkan ke air dingin langsung setelah diangkat
  2. Cincang ayam, krna tdk punya chopper saya pakai blender bun hehe
  3. Cincang kasar bawang putih dan iris bawang bombay
  4. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum dan sedikit berubah warna, masukkan bawang bombay. Tumis kembali hingga bombay sedikit layu kemudian masukkan ayam cincang dan toping sesuai selera
  5. Tambahkan kecap ikan, kecap asin, kecap manis, saori blackpepper, kaldu jamur, saus tiram, dan saus sambal, aduk hingga rata dan tambahkan air. Masukkan gula garam dan merica, larutan maizena, aduk hingga kental dan koreksi rasa.
  6. Susun pokcoy ke piring, siram masakan ayam cincang yg sudah matang ke atas pokcoy
  7. Pokcoy siram ayam cincang siap dihidangkan
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Tambahkan garam, kaldu, saus tiram, dan air. Tunggu hingga daging matang, yaitu ketika daging sudah berubah warna.
