  7. Take 100 gr daging ayam, cincang

  9. Prepare 75 gr keju, parut
  10. Prepare 2 butir telur, kocok lepas
  11. Take 1/4 sdt lada bubuk
  12. Prepare 1/8 sdt pala bubuk
  13. Prepare 1/4 sdt garam (bisa disesuaikan selera)
  14. Prepare Saus Bechamel :
  15. Prepare 2 sdm margarin
  16. Prepare 1 sdm tepung terigu serbaguna
  17. Use 150 ml susu cair
  18. Use 75 gr keju, parut
  19. Use Toping :
  20. Use Oregano

Tambahkan merica bubuk, kaldu bubuk dan larutan tepung maizena. Aduk rata dan masak hingga semua bahan mengental dan matang. Mie goreng a la Shanghai siap disantap. Keunikan mie goreng a la Shanghai adalah pada saus bumbunya yang lebih kompleks dan cita rasanya yang berbaur antara asin dan manis.

  1. Rebus mie kering sampai matang, buang airnya. Sisihkan
  2. Lelehkan margarin dengan api kecil saja, tumis bawang bombay sampai layu & harum. Masukkan wortel, sosis & daging ayam. Tumis sampai ayam berubah warna.
  3. Masukkan susu cair, lalu masukkan mie & keju parut. Tambahkan garam, lada bubuk & pala bubuk. Aduk rata.
  4. Masukkan telur yg telah dikocok lepas. Aduk rata. Masak kurang lebih 5menit koreksi rasa. Matikan api. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam alumunium foil cup/ramekin.
  5. Lelehkan margarin. Kemudian masukkan terigu. Aduk cepat agar tidak menggumpal.
  6. Masukkan susu cair, kemudian keju parut. Masak dengan api kecil sampai keju leleh dan mengental. Kemudian matikan api.
  7. Tambahkan saus bechamel ke dalam alumunium foil cup/ramekin yang sudah terisi. Ratakan saus bechamel, kemudian taburi oregano. Panggang dgn suhu 180°C selama 40-45menit (sesuaikan oven masing-masing)
  8. Setelah matang. Angkat dari oven. Sajikan dengan saus tomat/sambal sesuai selera
  9. Done and ready to serve!
