  1. Prepare 1/2 cup plain flour
  2. Prepare 1 cup Besan or gram flour

Steps For Preparation : Mix all the ingredients for the batter to a thick smooth consistency. Rinse, drain and pat dry the spinach leaves. Heat oil till medium hot in a pan or kadai. Dip each spinach leaf into the batter and coat it evenly.

  1. Mix properly the flour,gram flour,red chilli powder,salt to taste with the fish egg.
  2. Add soyabean oil and add spoonful mixture of fish egg and fry untill it turns into golden brown
  3. Mix all spices(chilli powder,turmeric powder) with tamarind pulp and add 1 cup water then mIx well
  4. Now in a pan add dry red chilli, 2 teaspoon panchforon then add tamarind pulp mixture.Add sugar to taste.shake it properly now.
  5. After 7 min add the fried fish egg
  6. After 5 min it will be served with Rice as a sour item.
  7. Done and ready to serve!
