  19. Prepare Cup alumunium foil atau Pinggan tahan panas

  1. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk cepat. Tambahkan smoked beef, aduk sebentar lalu tuang susu cair.
  2. Masukkan keju Olez prochis /keju cheddar, aduk aduk hingga leleh (ini stok dirumah yg ada keju oles jd pakai seadanya),. Tambahkan bumbu (himalayan pink salt, gula, lada putih) & parsley kering aduk hingga tercampur rata.
  3. Tuang kedalam cup alumunium foil atau pinggan tahan panas. Taburi dengan parutan mozarela / irisan keju quickmelt. Lapisan paling atas beri taburan bread crumbs & parsley kering.
  4. Panaskan oven 180 derajat api atas bawah. Panggang mac and cheese selama 20 menit dengan teknik au bain marie hingga matang. Di menit ke 10 saya pakai api atas aja supaya atasnya crunchy. Sajikan Mac and Cheese dengan saus atau chili saus..
  5. Done and ready to serve!
