  1. Potong wortel bentuk korek api,rebus sisihkan. rebus bayam sisihkan. rebus toge sisihkan. rebus jamur enoki sisihkan.
  2. Potong daging sapi bentuk dadu, rebus sampai empuk. tiriskan. tumis daging sapi dengan sedikit minyak tambahkan bumbu garam,lada bubuk,kaldu bubuk,kecap.manis,saus tomat,saus sambal masak hingga matang lalu sisihkan. goreng telur mata sapi mau matang/setengah matang tergantung selera.
