Lower the temperature of the heat to low. Drain, reserving broth, and coarsely chop. Meanwhile, in a wide skillet or saucepan with lid, combine crushed garlic clove and shallot with white wine. Bring to a boil and add mussels.
Instructions to make Spinach Fettuccine with Lobster Ravioli, Mussels, & Meat Sauce:
- First, boil water in a large pot for ravioli(s) & more water in a medium pot for fettuccine. Cook pasta until done to preference. Drain & set aside.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef with oregano, salt & pepper and chopped red onion. Also, cover & begin to simmer mussels in the wine marinade in a large skillet.
