  4. Tambahkan whipping cream dan telur, kocok kembali hingga adonan tercampur rata. Masukkan campuran terigu dan tepung beras sambil diayak. Aduk rata. Pada tahap akhir, satukan adonan dengan tangan.
  5. Ambil sedikit adonan, pipihkan, isi dengan bahan isi, bulatkan. Bisa juga dicetak dengan cetakan nastar. Tata adonan kue di loyang yang sudah dilapisi kertas roti.
