Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Use 3/4 cup wheat flour
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp coco powder
  3. Take 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup castor sugar,(100 gm powder sugar)
  5. Take for (Liquid portion) 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp Instant coffee powder
  6. Use 3 tbsp Refined oil/ butter
  7. Take 2 tsp vinegar
  8. Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
  9. Prepare 100 gms Dark chocolate,50 gm fresh cream /required
  10. Prepare as required Whipped cream as required
  11. Prepare As required Milk for brushing

I've big plans for these little guys. Instructions In a medium-sized saucepan or microwave safe container, heat the cream to boiling. Remove from the heat and carefully add the chocolate. Whisk the chocolate and cream together until smooth, silky and creamy.

How to make:process Chocolate Truffle Pastry:
  1. Take a mixing bowl add sieve wheat flour, baking soda, and sugar powder,coco powder, coffee powder,salt, mix all.
  2. Now take a bowl add water,Refined oil,vanilla essence and vinegar mix all well, add all above,dry ingredients slowly slowly, mix it gently not over mix.
  3. Now in a fry pan brush with refined oil set butter paper on it pour 3,4 Tbsp liquid chocolate mixture
  4. Cover it 8-10 minutes bake it,now make 2 and layer like keep aside. Cool on wire rack brush with milk cook it.
  5. Now wiped cream add melted chocolate ganash,mix it.take 1 layer spread whipped chocolate cream cover with 2nd layer now pour. melted chocolate on top layer,decorate with cream.
  6. Decorate with grated chocolate.
  7. Done and ready to serve!
